At Kancheepuram Vakula Silks, we strive to provide you with authentic and high-quality sarees. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized or altered products (such as blouse stitching or fall/pico work) are not eligible for return.

 

  1. Return Process
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with pictures of the issue.
  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

 

  1. Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In case of partial returns (one or more items from an order), refunds will be issued only for the returned product(s).

 

  1. Exchanges
  • We currently allow exchanges for the same product category (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling.
