- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Customized or altered products (such as blouse stitching or fall/pico work) are not eligible for return.
- Return Process
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with pictures of the issue.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of partial returns (one or more items from an order), refunds will be issued only for the returned product(s).
- Exchanges
- We currently allow exchanges for the same product category (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
